By using this website or subscribing to the Business Flow System platform you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Terms & conditions
The service
We provide a configured automation platform covering lead capture, follow-up, booking, reminders, customer communication and reporting. The exact modules available depend on the package you subscribe to.
Setup and configuration
Setup is completed using the information you provide during onboarding. Accurate opening hours, service areas, job durations and pricing information are your responsibility, and workflows behave according to what you supply.
Subscriptions and payment
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Setup fees, where they apply, are charged once at the start. Fees are non-refundable for periods already served, and you may cancel at any time before your next renewal date.
Acceptable use
You must not use the platform to send unsolicited bulk messaging, to contact people who have opted out, or in any way that breaches applicable marketing, privacy or telecommunications law. You are responsible for the content of messages sent from your account.
Third-party services
The platform integrates with third-party providers for email, messaging, calendars and telephony. Their availability is outside our control and their own terms apply to their portion of the service.
Availability
We work to keep the platform available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside typical working hours wherever possible.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business.
Termination
Either party may end the agreement with notice before the next renewal. We may suspend an account immediately where use breaches the acceptable use terms above.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated to account holders before they take effect.
